Look, I am not xenophobic. I am all for legal immigration. But, I am of the opinion that to vote in this country, you should understand the language. (The fact that we don’t have a formal National Language is a subject for another time.) Rudy’s pandering to minority groups highlights his apathy toward enforcement of immigration law as he has stated publicly many times.
Obviously Rudy will say whatever necessary to get elected. Check his words for yourself.
