Ah yes, bridges. There can be many bridges to cross in a lifetime. I have crossed a few lately. This site has not been abandoned in spite of late appearances. My apologies for the neglect. Expect posts here to pick up again gradually as things settle down. I have a new day-job that required me to be out of town much of the last couple of months. And then in the few hours left over I have been enjoying the company of the woman of my dreams. Both of those items, and more, take precedence over this meager endeavor. It isn’t that I think the ideas expressed here are unimportant. Indeed there are huge issues pending that I’d love to see exercised. The politics of this nation are repulsive. We don’t have choices, we have a party sponsored popularity contest. The principles that created this country are being abandoned in favor of “political correctness” and “the common good”. The Constitution is the root of all good and it must be respected. The only candidate of like mind will not have a chance. I just hope the seeds of hope and liberty carry on. Toward that end, I will stay around so I can stand on this tiny soap box and have my say. Thanks for stopping by.
